Sa-Ta-Na-Ma is also called the Kirtan Kriya. In this meditation, we imprint the evolutionary code of the universe into our human psyche.

This meditation must be done every day for 40 days straight. Find a time that you know you can dedicate each day. If you miss even one day… you have to start over again! It requires a high level of dedication, but the results are well worth it.

Mudras are:

Sa – forefinger (infinity – Jupiter)
Ta – middle finger (creativity manifesting from infinity – Saturn)
Na – ring finger (the transformation of consciousness – Sun)
Ma – pinky (resurrection allowing us to consciously experience the joy of the infinite – Mercury)

Imagine Divine Consciousness flowing down through your crown chakra during “Sa Ta” and hitting your pineal gland and shooting forward through your forehead on “Na Ma”

The first segment is sung at full voice, the 2nd segment is whispered, the 3rd segment is silent, the 4th is whispered, the 5th is full voice.

Sa Ta Na Ma is a primary Kundalini meditation, a catalyst for change, and a powerful spiritual cleanser. Be present with your experience; the process will allow you to release what no longer serves you.

Before you begin the meditation, fill your heart and mind with a high state of love and gratitude! Upon finishing, take a deep breath and hold it as long as you can, raising your arms high up in the air.

This version is tuned to 528 hz – the frequency of Love. If you prefer to do a shorter or longer version of the meditation, there are many to choose from on YouTube.
